Making early detection of
life-changing diseases the standard at Primary Care
Too many life-changing diseases go undetected because screening isn’t available where patients already receive care. We’re changing that — making early detection a routine part of every primary care visit, for every patient.
We see a system that isn’t working and millions of patients not being reached. So we are building backwards from there - until no patient misses early detection because of where they receive care.

WHY
Because too many patients find out too late
We started with a simple question: why do so many people lose their sight - or their health - to diseases that could have been caught in time?
The answer surprised us. It wasn’t a lack of technology. It wasn’t a lack of awareness. It was something far more basic, the screening simply wasn’t available where patients already go for care.
We assumed this was a problem tied to geography. To where you were born, or how developed your healthcare system was. We were wrong. It’s happening everywhere. In the US. In Europe. In every healthcare system that sends patients to a specialist they’ll never visit.
So we made a decision. We would start with the people being left behind, and build everything around getting to them: the technology, the workflow, the report, the integration - piece by piece, until it worked.
We’re not done. But every patient screened is proof that the problem is solvable.
That’s why Oivi exists.
